Melbourne to Brisbane Roadtrip

We were told by a fisherman back at camp that Tamboon Inlet had been building up and was quite deep when it finally broke through to the ocean. You can see the previous height of the water on the dunes. We also heard the story of some fishermen in a small boat a few years ago, being killed when they were in the wrong place at the wrong time as the water broke through from the inlet to the ocean.
